Walks
The main walk from the holiday let is directly up the lane towards the cliffs and Atlantic Ocean. Just walk to the end of the lane and then follow the signs to ‘the cliffs’ that will take you to the North Devon Coastal Path. From there you can go down to the sea edge at the Cornbourgh Range. Or go right to Westwood Ho! and its facilities, or its massive sandy beach and the Northam Burrows beyond. Or go left instead towards Clovelly and Hartland Point in the distance. Although, even if you just walk to the Abbotsham Cliffs and then follow the path on the left it will return you to the village of Abbotsham and a well deserved drink in The Thatched Inn before strolling back to the holiday let.

Should you want to stroll in to the village then nice walk is again up the lane, take either the track on the left or the next left lane that will lead you to Pumps Lane in the village, the more direct route is down the road in front of the main house. The is now a cut grass path on the right of the road that is used by us all in the area to get to the village.
The Lightning Tree walk
Stroll up the lane and take the first left down the uneven track, at the lowest point off the track go left and over the style. take a diagonal left across the field following the footpath sign over another double style and follow the footpath. go to the end of the drive and left back up towards the main house and the holiday lets.
